Are you taking too many breaks at work?

Turns out that’s impossible….

Our pals at The Muse posted an article about a study published by the Journal of American Heart Association, where researchers found that “those who moved more, especially if they [accumulated] an hour of physical activity over the course of the day, cut their mortality risk in half”.

And it doesn’t matter how or when you move. So enjoy your breaks – they’ll make you live longer.
